We are now growing rapidly in Uppsala and are looking for two designers in control & regulation who want to help shape the future of properties in the local market.

As a designer at INTEC, you will work on the design of control and regulation systems in properties. You will be assigned tasks by project managers and then plan your own daily work. Teamwork, continuous development, and great opportunities to influence your own working methods and results are characteristic of us.

What the Role Involves

• Design control and regulation systems according to applicable standards and industry requirements
• Plan and carry out daily work independently and in collaboration with management
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients
• Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and tools
• Ensure quality in deliveries for sustainability and efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in control & regulation, worked as a consultant in control design or as a control contractor
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Property Automation
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Knowledge of CAD systems (AutoCAD, MagiCAD, Revit, Visio)
• Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards within AMA, AB, ABT, and ABK.
• Experience with Solibri or similar 3D tools
• Experience as a technical consultant
• Engineering degree or relevant certification
